Unable to re-size the window so names of Roles can't be seen in full

When looking at a users' profile in Sage system admin, it is really frustrating to not be able to see the names of the Roles because the window or popup is too narrow and can't be re-sized at all.

Anything longer than approx. 20 characters can't be seen without scrolling side to side.
