Sage 200 UKI Ideas Portal
Recently we are trying to categorise suppliers based on the services they provide or their area of concentration of business but when i export all suppliers from Sage 200 I realised there is no any column indicating such. This left me with list of about 4000+ supplier uncategorised. It will be of great benefit if Sage can create a column for supplier category and companies registered them as required

alternatively, you could use the product SDK to add in a new custom field for this purpose

You could consider whether analysis codes would work in this scenario, is it something you've investigated or are you using them for other purposes? I can share the help information if you'd like to review it?
