Bulk issue flag Functionality

Can the functionality of the bulk issue flag be changed so the works order down dates the stock quantity within the stock module for the required for the works order and attributes the costs as expected to the works order, but picking lists, stock reorder levels, MRP and POP orders functionality ignore the stock item as they will be handled manually outside of the ERP solution,the transaction history, where used trial kitting etc can sill be used so as to give some idea of expected usage to the user
