When processing online card payment - can we review the customers opening transactions and also get a print of the receipt - both of these can be done in sage 50

Customer has just moved from Sage 50 to Sage 200. When processing online card payments in sage 50 you can see what open transactions are on the account before entering the payment value - in sage 200 you cannot do this you have to go into another option to view this. Customer would like this feature adding to sage 200. Also in sage 50 you can print a receipt, there is no print option in Sage 200.
