Currently, the user can enter hours, minutes and seconds against a BOM Operation on the Resources tab under &Time Details&. However, when a Works Order is created using this BOM and you run the &Labour Time Comparison (By Works Order)& report (or any other similar report), it does not include the seconds, only hours and minutes. Having spoken to Sage Technical Support, they advised that the seconds are not carried through to *** and are only for use in BOM.We have several customers who need tomonitor and report on operator and machine efficiencyin *** for hours, minutes AND seconds. To work around this, one of our customers has to calculate this manually per Works Order on a daily basis, which defeats the point of having a system to do it for you!
